The Tokyo American Club Women's Group was founded in 1949 and is an integral part of the Tokyo American Club. With over 800 members, the Women's Group provides a supportive and encouraging environment of friendship, cultural exchange, and volunteers service.

We are committed to enhancing life in Tokyo for members by offering classes, information programs, social activities, travel opportunities, creative outlets and survival skills for newcomers. Providing a welcoming and helpful environment is emphasized. Volunteer service is highly valued and encouraged. Raising funds to support Women’s Group programs, the Tokyo American Club and local charities is essential.

We support efforts to promote family well being, and strive to remain responsive to the changing needs of a changing community. We seek to promote international fellowship and further the cultural and intellectual interests of our members. To this end, we support the Tokyo American Club and community service initiatives.
